Alden Voss Shipping Policy
Processing and Fulfillment All physical orders, including our Hardcover editions, are processed and fulfilled within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of purchase. We utilize USPS for all of our shipments. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, actual transit times are determined by USPS operations.
Shipping Protection and Liability To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for a flat rate of $3.00. We strongly advise keeping this option selected to safeguard your purchase.
If you deselect Shipping Protection: By manually opting out of Shipping Protection at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that Alden Voss is completely released from all liability for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
If your package goes missing, is marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, we will not issue a refund, we will not send a replacement, and we will not assist in contacting USPS or locating the lost item. You assume 100% of the risk associated with the delivery. Any payment disputes or chargebacks filed for lost, stolen, or damaged items when Shipping Protection was declined will be contested, and this policy will be submitted as proof of your agreement to assume all shipping risks.
If you purchase Shipping Protection: Your order is protected against loss, theft, and transit damage. If an issue occurs, you must contact us at support@aldenvoss.com within 7 days of the delivery date. As outlined in our Refund Policy, if an item is damaged in transit, you must provide clear video proof of opening the package to demonstrate the damage in order to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are strictly responsible for all return shipping costs for returns related to a change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction. Alden Voss will only cover return shipping costs if the product was defective or damaged in transit, provided Shipping Protection was purchased and the required video proof is submitted within the 7 day window.
