This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns for products purchased from AldenVoss.com ("we," "us," "our"). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.


 

SECTION 1 – Digital Products (eBook and Audiobook)

 

 

1.1 General Policy: All Sales are Final

 

Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital content delivery (eBook, Audiobook, PDFs, etc.), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the download link has been sent.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the product.

  • Accidental purchases or change of mind.

  • Technical issues on the buyer’s end (e.g., lack of storage, incompatible device settings).

  • Claims of non-delivery when the product email has been sent to the provided address.

 

1.2 Exception: 30-Day Effort-Based Refund Policy

 

We stand behind the quality of our method. Refunds for digital products may be considered only under our 30-Day Effort-Based Refund Policy. This guarantee is conditional and requires you to demonstrate that you honestly attempted to implement the content.

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Timeframe: Your refund request must be submitted between 30 days from the date of purchase. This ensures you have given the method a fair trial.

  2. Proof of Implementation: You must provide completed evidence (e.g., screenshots, completed worksheets, journals, or documentation as specified within the product) demonstrating that you consistently used and completed the core exercises/content of the book over at least 30 consecutive days.

  3. Submission: All requests must be submitted through the official Refund Request Form on our website (or the specific email address provided in Section 3).

All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.


 

SECTION 2 – Physical Products (Hardcover Books)

 

If you have purchased a physical book (e.g., the Hardcover Edition), you may receive a refund or replacement if you comply with the following conditions:

 

2.1 Conditions for Refund

 

  • Timeframe: You must request a refund by contacting us within thirty (30) days of the product delivery date.

  • Condition: The book must be returned in like-new, resellable condition, as determined in our sole discretion. Any book that is damaged, marked, wet, or clearly used is ineligible for a refund.

  • Return Process: You must return the physical book according to the shipping instructions you will receive after requesting and being approved for a refund.

 

2.2 Defects and Errors

 

  • If the physical book is damaged in shipping, defective (e.g., binding error, missing pages), or if you received the wrong product due to our error, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

  • You must provide video proof upon opening the package to show the defect or damage within seven (7) days of delivery.

 

2.3 Shipping Costs

 

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs for returns due to change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs for returns of products that were defective or damaged in transit.


 

SECTION 3 – Delivery and Contact

 

 

3.1 Digital Delivery Policy

 

Digital products are delivered immediately via email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is considered complete once the email has been sent, and product access is deemed provided once the link is live, regardless of whether the email is opened or accessed.

 

3.2 Initiating a Refund Request

 

To initiate a refund request for either a Digital Product (under the 30-Day Guarantee) or a Physical Product, please contact us with your Order Number and the reason for your request.
